Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, including staffing, budgeting, and quality care

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and support staff

• Conduct quality assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with the medical staff to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

• Ensure that the facility is in compliance with all regulatory agencies, including Medicare and Medicaid

• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes open communication and collaboration among staff

• Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and community resources

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Oklahoma

• 1 year of experience; relevant experience in long-term care or healthcare administration a plus

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
