Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and helping them maintain their independence.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with transfers, as needed
Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and assist with medication administration
Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation
Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, including assisting with laundry and cleaning tasks
Assist with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents as needed
Develop and maintain a strong rapport with our residents, families, and colleagues
Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work as part of a team and support a positive and respectful work environment
