As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and helping them maintain their independence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with transfers, as needed

• Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and assist with medication administration

• Assist with daily living activities such as feeding, toileting, and ambulation

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents, including assisting with laundry and cleaning tasks

• Assist with mealtime, including serving and feeding residents as needed

• Develop and maintain a strong rapport with our residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to work as part of a team and support a positive and respectful work environment
