Care Coordinator

Crown ABA is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone sharp, organized, and great with people to join us as a Case Coordinator.

This role is a big deal here. You’ll be working directly with me and helping drive new cases from intake all the way through start. If you’re someone who likes being in the middle of things and making things happen, this is for you.

What you’ll actually be doing day to day:

• Speaking with candidates and recruiting behavioral technicians
• Helping new hires get fully onboarded and ready to start
• Coordinating new cases between families, BCBAs, and technicians
• Making sure new cases launch smoothly with no gaps or confusion
• Staying on top of moving pieces and keeping things organized

• Strong people skills, you’re comfortable talking to anyone

• Tech comfortable (Google, spreadsheets, basic systems)
• Someone who moves with urgency and takes ownership
• No ABA experience needed, we’ll train you
