Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Pinehurst, NC

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility committed to providing high-quality care while supporting our employees’ growth and success.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time, paid out over the first year)

Schedule:

• Night shifts available (7p-7a)
• 12-hour shifts
• Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care
• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate records
• Support mealtime and assist with care needs
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active North Carolina CNA certification
