About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aviata at Bradenton, you will have the opportunity to work with our dedicated team to deliver exceptional care to our residents. We offer competitive pay rates, including $17/hr. Monday - Friday and $4.00 shift diff on weekends. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct resident care, including ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Assist with mobility and transfers

• Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Promote a safe, clean, and positive environment

What We're Looking For:

• Active Florida CNA certification in good standing

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (but not required)

• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable and professional work ethic

What You'll Do:
