Duties
Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and other staff members involved in client care.
Collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings.
Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with organisational policies.
Lead team meetings to review case progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Ensure all programmes adhere to legal, ethical, and organisational standards related to behaviour analysis.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advances in behaviour analysis methodologies.
Skills
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong IT skills for maintaining accurate records and using specialised software for data collection and analysis.
Proven leadership abilities to supervise staff members and guide programme development.
Expertise in developing comprehensive care plans that are personalised to individual client needs.
Analytical thinking skills for assessing behavioural data and adjusting interventions accordingly.
