Floor Tech – Full-Time Day Shift7:00am–3:00pm | Solon Pointe

Solon Pointe is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Floor Tech to support both our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Assisted Living (AL) communities.

This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Strip, wax, buff, and maintain floors throughout the SNF and AL buildings

• Operate floor machines and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces

• Follow infection control and safety procedures

• Assist housekeeping team as needed

• Help create a clean and welcoming environment for residents and visitors

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience preferred

• Healthcare or long-term care experience is a plus

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
