Alay Home Care is a DDD Provider established in 2018, dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Our team has over 25 years of experience in the home care industry, consisting of a group of highly experienced and knowledgeable team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Support community integration and companionship

• Offer behavioral support and mentorship

• Administer medications as needed

• Transport consumers to community activities

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (or higher)

• At Least 18 Years of Age

• CPR & First Aid Certification (from an approved provider)

• Ability to Pass Background Checks and Required DDD Clearances

• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Transportation, and Acceptable Driving Record (may be required depending on assigned case)

• Experience in Behavioral Health, Caregiving, or Direct Support is Strongly Preferred
