1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (FT & PT)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (FT & PT)

3rd Shift: 10:00PM-6:00AM

As a CNA, you are a key support provider for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

• Support mobility and safe transfers

• Observe and report changes in resident condition

• Follow care plans and documentation standards

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Collaborate with nurses and care team members

This is relationship-based caregiving — you’ll have time to know your residents.

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license – Connecticut (Required)

• Assisted living or long-term care experience preferred
