What You'll Do

As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA), you'll play an important role in supporting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents by:

• Safely administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and community policies

• Monitoring residents for changes in condition and promptly reporting concerns to the nursing team

• Accurately documenting medication administration and resident observations

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living as needed

• Providing compassionate, person-centered care while building meaningful relationships

• Collaborating with nurses and caregivers to ensure exceptional resident care

• Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required (or equivalent medication administration certification recognized by the State of New Jersey)

• High School Diploma or GED

• Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, memory care, or senior living is preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care
