About the Role:

Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and experienced ADON Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team. As an ADON, you will collaborate with our Director of Nursing to uphold the highest standards of patient care, providing leadership and supervision to nursing staff, overseeing resident assessments and care planning, ensuring compliance with regulations, and actively participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the overall nursing services in the facility

• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

• Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and medical records

• Participate in quality assurance programs and performance improvement activities

• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among the nursing team

Qualifications:

• Previous ADON experience

• RN in OH

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
