Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA)Job Summary

Crown ABA is looking for a compassionate, motivated, and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to join our growing team in Bowie, Maryland.

In this role, you will work directly with children and families, create meaningful and individualized treatment plans, support RBTs and BCaBAs, and help ensure every client receives thoughtful, high-quality care. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a real difference, works well as part of a team, and wants to grow with a supportive and expanding ABA company.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify each client’s strengths, needs, and treatment priorities.

  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.

  • Monitor client progress, analyze data, and make clinical recommendations as needed.

  • Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BCaBAs.

  • Collaborate with caregivers, school teams, and other providers to ensure coordinated and effective care.

  • Conduct parent and caregiver training when appropriate.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.

  • Participate in team meetings, clinical collaboration, and professional development.

  • Maintain compliance with all ethical, payer, state, and company requirements.

Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.

  • Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting.

  • Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, organization, and ability to work independently.

  • Experience supervising RBTs and/or BCaBAs is preferred.

  • A collaborative, flexible, and family-centered approach to care.
