Direct Support Professional

Alora Supports is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, and Direct Care Workers to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

This opportunity is for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in their communities. No prior experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• Must be at least 19 years old.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Must be willing to undergo a background check.

• No overnight shifts available.

• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others succeed.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and communities.

• Assist with daily living activities, personal goals, and skill development.

• Support community participation, social engagement, and independence.

• Build positive, professional relationships with participants and their families.

• Help individuals live meaningful, self-directed lives.

Experience

Experience in any of the following is helpful but not required:

• Direct Support Professional (DSP)
