Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team at Wabasso Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and services. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of nursing home administration and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, including patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, social services, and activities, to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and services
Manage the facility's budget and financial operations, including payroll, inventory management, and accounts payable
Identify and implement opportunities for quality improvement and cost savings
Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local healthcare providers, discharge planners, and case management companies
Requirements:
Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Minnesota
