*** Competitive In-Home Live-in Caregiver Pay starts at $1,203-$1,300 for 7 consecutive days of work (Caregivers Must work 9 hour care plans daily, Sunday through Saturday and earn 40 hours at the regular pay rate: $16.15 and 23 hours at the overtime pay rate at: $24.23=Total of 63 hours = $1,203 weekly gross pay)
Annual income potential of $60,000 to $64,000 for long term commitment to assignments may be possible.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Provide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversation
Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocols
Follow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionals
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
