Job Summary:

At Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and residents. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities and staff. Responsibilities:

• Patrol the premises, both indoors and outdoors, to detect and prevent security breaches

• Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms and incidents as needed

• Investigate and document incidents, and take appropriate action to resolve conflicts

• Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, residents, staff, and visitors

• Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and security activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1+ year of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field

• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
