High School Diploma or equivalent
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens, you will:
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Observe residents and communicate changes in condition to the nursing team
Complete accurate documentation and resident records
Promote resident dignity, independence, and emotional well-being
Follow all state, federal, and facility regulations
Partner with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding care
