We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a skilled nursing facility with a focus on strong operations, census growth, and high-quality resident care.

This is a leadership role for someone who can take ownership of facility performance, build strong teams, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a positive resident and family experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure efficient workflow

• Drive census development and maintain strong occupancy levels

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate regulations

• Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and staff

• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational goals

• Maintain strong survey readiness and quality outcomes

Requirements:

• Active LNHA license (required)

• Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in long-term care

• Strong leadership and operational management skills

• Proven ability to improve census and financial performance

• Knowledge of state and federal regulations in skilled nursing
