A well-established long-term care facility near Decatur, IL is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations and support a culture focused on quality care, compliance, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the facility

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Lead and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain survey readiness

• Manage budgeting, census development, staffing, and overall financial performance

• Foster positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassionate care

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license required

• Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey processes, and long-term care operations

• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000 annually
