Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) plays a vital role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.

Responsibilities for Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA):

  • Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

  • Reposition residents and assist with transfers to promote comfort and prevent injury.

  • Change linens and maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident environments.

  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition or concerns to the nursing team.

  • Provide compassionate, respectful, and supportive care that promotes resident dignity and independence.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Assist in ensuring all resident health, safety, and personal care needs are met.

Qualifications for Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA):

  • Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required.

  • Current, active, and unencumbered Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in the state of New Hampshire required.

  • Ability to care for multiple residents while maintaining a high standard of quality and compassion.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
