About the Role:
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our patients and residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing basic care and hygiene assistance to patients, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as eating, sleeping, and mobility
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to nurses or other healthcare professionals
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional patient care while promoting independence, dignity, and comfort
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to nurses or other healthcare professionals

Requirements:
Current licensure as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) in the State of Vermont
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
