Assistant Wellness Director- Licensed Practical Nurse

Northwood Assisted Living, a 91 bed assisted living facility located in Springfield, OH is currently looking for a dynamic individual to fill the newly created role of Assistant Wellness Director. The ideal candidate will have:

• A current Nursing License (LPN) in good standing
• Training and/or experience in gerentological nursing as well as education and/or experience in nursing services administration
• Strong leadership interest and ability
• A desire to act as a resource person, and a desire to assit all nursing staff to develop individual skills and potential
• Ability to facilitate teamwork and be a team player
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations 
• Ability to assist in planing and budgeting for nursing care, including recommendations from the Wellness Director
