About the Role:

As a CNA at Avir at Southcross, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Helping patients with mobility and transfers

• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff

• Providing emotional support and promoting a positive patient experience

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience or more preferred

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients with assistance when needed
