DDD Ambassador/Recruiter

Salary: 50k-65k

Prestige Home Care is seeking a Community Care Ambassador who is passionate, caring and supportive, to provide service and support to individuals with disabilities and help them integrate in the community.  If you have previous experience working with developmentally disabled adults in Support Coordination or Care Management roles we encourage you to apply. It is our mission to care with compassion, grace and dignity and allow individuals with disabilities to thrive and reach their greatest potential. Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train staff according to DDD guidelines and well as Prestige's curriculum
• Establish and maintain a positive rapport with referring agency personnel in order to build productive, consistently high referral numbers.
• Identifying Individuals that can benefit from Prestige.
• Collaborate with DDD and Support Coordination
• Document to ensure State and Federal Compliance
