We are seeking a talented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team!

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and their families. As a BCBA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and clinical team members. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans

  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment strategies

  • Supervise and mentor RBTs

  • Collaborate with families and clinical team members

  • Maintain documentation and ensure quality care

Requirements:

  • BCBA certification

  • Master's degree in ABA or related field

  • 2+ years of experience working with children with autism

  • Strong understanding of ABA principles

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
