Rate Range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Chinese Program Director provides strategic leadership for programs serving Chinese-speaking patients, families, and the surrounding community.
Responsibilities for Chinese Program Director:
Develop and manage programs that support Chinese-speaking patients, families, and caregivers within the hospital and throughout the surrounding community.
Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate culturally sensitive patient care and discharge planning.
Lead outreach and marketing initiatives with local Chinese organizations, senior centers, cultural groups, and community partners.
Assist with referrals of Chinese-speaking patients to appropriate hospital departments and community resources, ensuring language access and cultural understanding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and organizations to increase awareness of hospital services.
Develop and implement strategies that improve access to care, patient engagement, and community outreach for Chinese-speaking populations.
Serve as a cultural resource and advocate to help eliminate language and cultural barriers within the healthcare system.
Qualifications for Chinese Program Director:
Fluency in both Chinese and English required.
Experience working with the Chinese community in a management or leadership role required.
Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and community organizations.
Knowledge of culturally responsive care practices, community engagement, and healthcare outreach preferred.
Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes for diverse populations.
