We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Pikesville, MD. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives, develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $95 - $120 hourly
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Pikesville, MD

Requirements

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
