About the Role

As our new Admissions Director, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the daily operations of our admissions department, ensuring seamless coordination of patient admissions and discharges

• Building strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Developing and implementing effective admissions strategies to drive census growth and optimize bed yields

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address patient care needs and resolve concerns

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports to meet regulatory and accreditation requirements
