Job Summary:

Right at Home Cleveland West, a leading provider of in-home care and assistance, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to seniors and vulnerable adults in their home settings. About the Role:

As a Direct Support Professional at Right at Home Cleveland West, you will be responsible for providing a range of services, including:

• Companion care: engaging with clients through conversations, games, and activities to promote socialization and emotional well-being

• Light housekeeping: maintaining a safe and clean living environment for our clients

• Meal prep: assisting with meal planning, preparation, and cleanup to support clients' dietary needs

• Personal care services: providing assistance with bathing, dressing, and other daily living activities

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to clients in their home settings

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other care providers

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Manage client medication schedules and provide medication reminders

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
