Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and supervise staff

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software
