We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Marketer / Hospital Liaison to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships, driving admissions, and growing census.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and community partners.

• Increase facility census through strategic business development and referral generation.

• Conduct daily visits to hospitals and referral sources within the assigned territory.

• Educate referral partners on the facility's clinical programs, services, and capabilities.

• Coordinate with the Admissions Department to facilitate a seamless referral and admission process.

• Identify new referral opportunities and implement strategies to grow market share.

• Represent the facility at networking events, community programs, and healthcare meetings.

• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and referral sources.

• Work closely with the leadership team to achieve and exceed admissions goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison services required.

• Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred.

• Established relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources are highly desirable.

• Proven track record of increasing admissions and census growth.

• Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
