Full-Time
Salary: Up to $95,000 per year + Aggressive Bonus Program
We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Marketer / Hospital Liaison to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a results-oriented professional who thrives on building relationships, driving admissions, and growing census.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and community partners.
Increase facility census through strategic business development and referral generation.
Conduct daily visits to hospitals and referral sources within the assigned territory.
Educate referral partners on the facility's clinical programs, services, and capabilities.
Coordinate with the Admissions Department to facilitate a seamless referral and admission process.
Identify new referral opportunities and implement strategies to grow market share.
Represent the facility at networking events, community programs, and healthcare meetings.
Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and referral sources.
Work closely with the leadership team to achieve and exceed admissions goals.
Previous experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison services required.
Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience strongly preferred.
Established relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources are highly desirable.
Proven track record of increasing admissions and census growth.
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Salary up to $95,000 per year
