Telehealth Nurse Practicioner

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans

• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing care

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (state-specific)

• Board certification (FNP, AGNP, PMHNP, etc.)

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for patient care and outcomes
