As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to children with special needs. Our team is dedicated to creating personalized intervention plans to help children overcome communication, emotional, and learning challenges. Responsibilities:

• Deliver applied behavioral analysis (ABA) services to children, including individual therapy, group/social skills therapy, and educational placement

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

• Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs

• Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development
