A skilled nursing facility in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily operations and drive quality resident care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily facility operations, staff, and regulatory compliance (IDPH)
• Lead department heads and support staff development
• Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and census growth
• Manage budgets and financial performance
Qualifications:
• Active Illinois LNHA license required
• 2+ years of Administrator experience in skilled nursing
• Strong leadership, regulatory, and operational experience
