About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to our residents, including:

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
• Assisting with medication administration and treatments as directed
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents
• Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and treatments
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, including vital signs and medication administration
• Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
