 About the Role:

 As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Royal Suites Healthcare and Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for:

 Providing direct patient care to our residents, including assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

 Assisting with dining, hydration, and nutrition for our residents

 Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' condition to licensed nursing staff

 Maintaining a clean and organized environment in patient care areas

Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

 Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and respectful care to our residents

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable policies and procedures

Remain current with all necessary certifications, training, and continuing education requirements

Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives

 What We Offer:

 Competitive salary 21.00-26.00 per hour.

Job Requirements

• Must have weekend availability

• Current NJ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• Prior nursing home experience is a plus!
