What You’ll Do
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans 
• Lead, mentor, and support RBTs 
• Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed 
• Partner closely with families and caregivers 
• Maintain professional documentation and compliance 

Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification and any required state credentials 
• Strong clinical judgment with a family‑centered approach 
• Passion for collaboration, teaching, and problem‑solving
