Position OverviewPleasant View Center in Concord, New Hampshire is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and those beginning a career in healthcare.
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will provide essential daily care to residents while supporting the nursing team in maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment.
Compensation: Up to $4,600 monthly
Incentives: Generous sign-on bonus and Daily Pay option
Shifts: Day, evening, and night shifts available
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Safely lift, transfer, reposition, and transport residents
Support meal service, including tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of intake
Provide nutritional supplements and monitor consumption
Record resident weights and observe/report skin condition changes
Report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow all infection control and safety procedures
Provide support to nurses and staff as needed
Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in New Hampshire
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Basic understanding of patient care practices and medical terminology
