Job Description:
Seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives by partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, and deliver scalable technology solutions. This individual will play a key role in documenting workflows, driving process improvements, and supporting large enterprise initiatives across Oracle, Salesforce, web platforms, and AI-enabled projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, HR, Procurement, Payroll, Digital, Operations, and other departments to gather business requirements.
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes using workflow diagrams and written documentation.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements for development teams.
- Work closely with Project Managers and developers throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Manage multiple concurrent enterprise technology projects simultaneously.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and ask thoughtful questions to uncover business needs, even when requirements are initially unclear.
- Support Oracle, Salesforce, website, procurement, HRIS, and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
- Assist with testing, implementation, and process improvement efforts.
- Support enterprise modernization initiatives, governance improvements, automation, and AI-driven projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level technology initiatives within large organizations.
- Strong business requirements gathering and process documentation experience.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state workflows using Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (8–10 concurrent projects preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience partnering directly with software developers and technical teams.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Wrike, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguous business problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Finance or Oracle HCM project experience.
- Salesforce implementation or enhancement experience.
- Procurement, HRIS, or enterprise systems experience.
- Website or digital platform project experience.
- Experience with Power Automate, UiPath, or other automation tools.
- Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams using Figma.
- Consulting background or experience supporting multiple business functions.
- Experience within large enterprise organizations undergoing digital transformation.
- Exposure to AI initiatives, process optimization, or enterprise governance programs.
