Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have a chronic illness where I am fatigued significantly. I need someone to come two-three hours a day, prepare a few meals, do some laundry, do some cleaning, take care of the cat, be nice and pleasant, be able to carry things, and that is most of it.
