Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional DSP to join our team! You will provide habilitation supports in the community to ensure that a person’s social and vocational skills are enhanced outside of his/her home to foster independence and encourage community inclusion while ensuring that their health, safety and wellbeing is protected. Provide necessary support and encouragement towards accomplishing program goals as outlined in Waiver Authorization/ISP
Able to move from point a to point b.
Must Drive.
Must be Covid Vaccinated.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday
- May be needed to work evenings and weekends
- Weekend availability
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with developmental disabilities or other related fields
- Compassionate, dedicated and attentive demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with persons
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
