Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Support
• • Assist with accounts payable processing and invoice management
  • Maintain vendor records and W-9 documentation
• Financial Analysis Support
• • Compile operational and financial data from sleep labs and DME operations
  • Prepare recurring KPI reports
  • Track referral volume, sleep studies, PAP setups, and revenue metrics
  • Maintain productivity and staffing reports
• Revenue Cycle & DME Reporting
• • Assist with payer reimbursement analysis
  • Support profitability analysis by service line
• Administrative Support
• • Maintain finance department files and documentation
  • Assist special projects assigned by finance leadership
