Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their insurance needs and policy questions
- Provide excellent customer service both remotely and in-office
- Support sales efforts and contribute to team goals
- Manage service requests efficiently and professionally
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
