Position Summary
As a Staffing Recruiter, you'll own the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing top talent to successfully placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. You'll partner closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality matches that drive their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract high-quality candidates using job boards and social media.
- Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with clients to deeply understand their staffing needs, company culture, and expectations.
- Write and post job descriptions across multiple platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of pre-qualified talent for current and future openings
- Manage recruitment activity and candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with candidates, clients, and your internal team.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
- Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, or administrative roles
Work Environment & Schedule
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
- Occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends to support clients and candidates.
- Some travel to client sites or job fairs as needed.
