Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional (DSP) will provide support to people supported in our Residential Services Program. The DSP has hands-on responsibility for promoting and enhancing the development of each client, enabling skill acquisition, and assuring the overall health and safety of all clients. DSP’s are a mentor to your co-workers and to the people supported.

Vision: To meet the needs of each individual emphasizing on person centered care, well empowering and supporting each individual through all challenges and transitions. 

Mission: To assist individuals to live in their community as respected and valued members by providing each individual served with support, education, and advocacy. 

Managers have professional relationships with each employee to see their current value and future in the organization. We train staff to know their roles with in our company and redefined consistently through goal setting, and frequent feedback and ​performance reviews. Our staff have a private or open door staff office that they can work from and do their daily documentation. We are serious about maximizing the employee experience: purpose, social, financial, physical and community. We are a company just starting out but our plan is to expand in the future and we want to have our employees expand with us.
