About Us

Egg Harbor Café is a third-generation, family-owned breakfast and brunch company with approximately 30 locations across Illinois, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Colorado — and we're growing, opening roughly two new cafés per year. Our guests are loyal, our brand is beloved, and we believe our marketing has more untapped upside than any other part of our business.

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Marketing Director to lead marketing for the entire company, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a builder's role: you'll design intelligent campaigns, own our customer data strategy, and turn our CRM and loyalty platform into an engine for measurable, incremental revenue. For the right person, this is a long-term senior leadership seat with genuine growth ahead as the company grows.

What You'll Do

• Design, launch, and maintain marketing campaigns with clear measurement of incremental sales and profit
• Build behavioral-trigger and lifecycle programs across our customer base using our CRM and loyalty platform
• Own attribution and measurement — you'll know what's working and prove it
• Build and manage the annual marketing calendar across ~30 locations
• Lead and develop our marketing team
• Support brand awareness and guest acquisition in growth markets

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional marketing experience
• Demonstrated ability to prove incremental sales impact from marketing initiatives — this is our bar, and we'll ask you to show your work
• Hands-on experience with CRM/loyalty platforms, segmentation, and trigger-based campaigns
• Fluency with modern tools, including AI, to multiply your output
• Experience managing people
• Genuine affinity for Egg Harbor Café is a major plus — many of our best people grew up with the brand
