About the Role:
Gold Sun Chemicals LLC is looking for a talented NetSuite Administrator to join our team in Houston, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in managing and optimizing our ERP systems to support a fast-paced chemical industry environment. Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform day-to-day
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within NetSuite
- Develop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, dashboards, and KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system improvements and automation opportunities
- Oversee NetSuite integrations with third-party applications and tools
- Provide end-user training, support, and troubleshooting for NetSuite-related issues
- Manage system updates, patches, and NetSuite release evaluations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience
- Proficiency in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics
- Experience with NetSuite customization, workflows, and scripting (SuiteScript a plus)
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes including finance, inventory, and procurement
- NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users
