Shift option #4: Weekdays 8am-4pm rotating Weekends 8am-8pm

As a Direct Support Professional, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Documenting and completing MAR
• Light housework to keep a safe and clean environment
• Supporting individuals in community integration activities and promoting participation in social events.
• Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect the privacy and confidentiality of clients’ information.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Experience
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working with people with disabilities in home health or community care settings.
• Previous experience in group home environments is highly desirable.
