What You’ll Do

• Guide patients in selecting frames and lenses that fit their lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Educate patients on lens technology, coatings, and eyewear options
• Verify and explain vision insurance benefits
• Take accurate measurements and fit eyewear properly
• Adjust, repair, and troubleshoot glasses
• Process and track eyewear orders
• Assist with frame inventory and merchandising
• Follow established office procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience preferred
• ABO certification is a plus, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
