Join TWIN ANGELS HOME CARE as a DSP-Direct Services Provider/STNA/HHA in Springfield, OH, where you’ll make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
- Support daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Administer medication and monitor client health as per care plans.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs for clients.
- Document client progress and report any changes to the care team.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
Requirements:
- Valid STNA, HHA, or DSP certification required.
- Previous experience in home care or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to client care.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Flexible availability to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends.
